  Well according to the Mayan’s December 25th 2012. However the film just has it pegged at some point in 2012. The strange thing is, it has been said that we are due a solar flare which would disrupt all off our electrical equipment, so maybe they could have been saying the world will end as we know it? who known’s?

  When the sun dies and becomes a red giant, the earth will be burnt. Human society might end if we run out of resources which will be much sooner. We need to do science into sustainable energy to make sure that does not happen.
