• Question: what is your opinion of nuclear power stations (because they can affect us)

      I think that these power stations are safe in terms of their operation in general ( a few exceptions of course). I think the problem with them is that we dont have a good way of disposing of the waste products which you get from the use of uranium. We can bury it or try and reprocess it, but hangs around for a long long time which can have lots of consequences. I think they are cleaner for the atmosphere than coal power plants, which we have a lot of, but we need to do way more research into how to safely dispose of radioactive waste.
