Question: what have you tested your drugs on in the lab?

I have mainly used cells, but Animal (mainly mice) experimentation does happen too!

Its important to note that animal experimentation shouldn’t be apologised for as it is a neccesary evil, but it should always be done with care and to the animals best welfare. Every scientist who uses an animal, loves their animal and takes a great deal of care over them 🙂
My friends that have mice spend hours looking after them and making sure they are healthy. Not only do they care, but a healthy happy mouse is a mouse that will yield good results too! so its win win!
