Question: hi alex your obviously researching cancer but my question is that are you working on this alone or are you working as part of a group. also what would you do with the £500 :)

  Most scientists work in a team. These topics are so vast and have so many unaswered questions that it woould be almost impossible to do the research on your own. That being said, most people have their own project they work on but it ties in with a larger focus of the lab.
  
  I would look to donate the money to bring a better awareness of science in schools, prefeably to get a scientist to go to a school in person, and maybe teach a lesson.
