  My research group has just built a swing that is controlled by your breathing which I think it pretty awesome. Also we have a bucking bronco controlled by your heart rate which is also very cool. Also if we understand what scared individual people (e.g. the dark, spiders, heights, going fast) I would like to make a ride which figured out what you are scared of and used that as part of it.
