growth in height continues to be possible until approximately 19–there’s no definite cut-off. However, by age 26, all bones in your body should finish growing and knitting together. Cartlidge continues to grow all your life (hello big nose and ears in old people!) and obviously you can increase your girth through increased muscles or weight gain. Also, your feet will likely continue to grow as a result of gravity and weight.

In terms of height, girls usually reach their final height at 16-18 while boys carry on growing taller for a few more years. I think there’s variability between people though. I know I wish I’d continued growing taller past 16 (and I had hope for it, but it never happened 🙁 )
