Question: I would love to be a paedatrician (doctor specialising in children). Is being a children doctor harder than being a doctor specialising in adults?
Very important question for me.
Thankyou!! :D
I think itโs a great question. As becoming any doctor it can be difficult but if you love doing what you do I think you can get there. The only difference that I can see, some doctors are faced with the difficult task of diagnosing children when they have not yet learned to talk. But that will come with your passion to help children. Good luck with your future i am sure you will make it!
Thankyou. Much appreciated. I would like to specialise in kidneys as i was diagnosed with kidney disease in year 5. I am now in year 10 and since the beginning of it, i’ve always wanted to be a doctor. Is it possible if you can be a paediatrician who specialises in kidneys? If so, how do you do paediatrics but specialise in kidneys in university?
Thankyou ๐
